On your first visit, you will need to fill out some new patient forms to get started. This way we can have a record of any previous injuries and your contact information.
After all your forms are completed, you will be taken into an exam room. Here is where the Doctor will ask you questions about your medical history. He will also test your reflexes and mobility.
Once the Initial Exam is done, he will take you to an adjusting table. The tables begin upright and will lower you down to a horizontal position. This way you will not have to climb onto any tables and possibly exacerbate any problem areas you may have. The Doctor will then check to see if you have any misalignments. Once those areas have been figured out, he will begin adjusting those areas with the Activator.
